The first month of spring began with various programs and, of course a heat debate for young people especially for YSSF. In the club"When the youth are debating''our intelectuals tried to practice their knowledge and skills and communicated with their peers and more experienced ones, exchanged their intellect.Some details about the rules of debateing including maintaining techniques were useful tips for ensuring the success of the upcoming debates.

The emotions that many young people of YSSF got, inspired them to have their own debate club in YSSF, which allows them not only to compete, but also to exchenge each other's experience and knowledge, So Seeing the enthusiasm of our youth and supporting their aspiration, PGED- YSSF founder-director Gevorg Manukyan, appointed Garegin Simonian as the head and the coordinator of the debate club of our school.Garegin always cares for the successful performance of our school team. all members of YSSF enthusiastically accepted this news. Our youth has already started to work in the debate club. We wish you a wonderful and educative discussions which are important in order not only to win, but also to learn and learn from these process.

Congratulations on, establishment of a new department and thank you dear students, that you have become the face and the symbol of our school.

Neurolinguistics, Etiquette and Netiquette in YSSF
As it has already been proved any event in YSSF and every academic day is exceptional, interesting and unique. Thus our next class which took place on March 13 was no exception. YSSF members visited Daniel Jhangiryan a specialist of neuro-linguistic programming, candidate of economic sciences, and assistant professor. The meeting was named “Business Etiquette” during which the trainer represented the components of business etiquette in a very detailed and easy way. He also dealt with the impact of body language and speech, and simultaneously showed them both in practice and in videos. His notable observation which was directed to rhetoric was also quite interesting. The meeting was really rich with real and modern examples, and was full of the discussions of some incidents describing local and international experience, which in its turn contributed to the understanding of the given material.

The warm, sunny day was also favorable and gave the youngsters great chance to share their impression, knowledge and gained experience with each other in the wonderful spring garden. At the end of the meeting Gevorg Manukyan- the head of YSSF, had a private talk with the orator, and came to some agreements, which, in the future, will provide our members with brilliant and exceptional opportunities. Nearly everyone, that is, both our members and the individuals who are interested in our activities, are sure that in our school nothing is monotonous and almost never is repeated, but we truly hope, that any new event in YSSF surely exceeds the previous one.

Aggressive and soft negotiations in YSSF
YSSF differs from all other organizations in serving not only as a source of getting knowledge, but also as a laboratory of applying this knowledge in practice. In our school each young, who is sure of his acquired knowledge and his own abilities, can undertake seminars and trainings himself, can learn and teach at the same time acquiring invaluable experiences and skills for his successful future and career.

A few days ago one of our best students of our school, Ararat Matinyan, who is a graduate of the faculty of International Relations of Yerevan State University and now studies in the Academy of Management of the Republic of Armenia, implemented a seminar-training in the title of “Negotiations: its tactics and skills”, which will be continuing.

PGED-YSSF celebrates International Women’s Day

For the past 3 years, Youth School of State Figures celebrated International Women’s Day. YSSF is an exclusive organization that is dominated by female members and their presence of elegance and exquisiteness doesn’t go unnoticed. 2016 was especially very memorable as we continued to celebrate Spring and beauty.When we were getting ready to discuss a plan for the holiday, we learned that the festivity was entirely organized by the members of YSF, led by Chairperson Adrine Bandaryan. The only request was that YSSF members relish the evening with joy and happiness, embracing beauty and class.

The surprise didn’t end there. During the gathering, Yerevan City Council member Grigori Gregoryan joined the party and gave all the females bouquet of flowers, which was a very pleasant gesture as he inspired optimism and good wishes to all as well as confidence that endeavors will flourish in the near future. PGED-YSSF organization expresses its deepest gratitude to our fellow organization YSF and leader Adrine Bandaryan and unforgettable surprise bestowed by Grigory Gregoryan. We appreciate their enduring encouragement and confidence in promoting new projects and merriments.

Towards the anniversary of military leader Vazgen Sargsyan ''Vivard'' cultural NGO,by the support of "Third library after Ochrony Ochrony'' organized "Chermak anurjner'' literary-musical charity event ,the aim of which was to provide our soldiers, on the first border-line,with essential supplies .

YSSF NGO having some friends in that organization and being a partner of "Third library after Ochro Ochroyan',participated in that charity event with several members.During the cultural event the reciters Narek Margaryan and Anna Gareginyan performed .They recited some Armenian classic writers' works,such as Paruyr Sevak,Vahan Teryan,Egishe Charents,Silva Kaputikyan,Hamo Sahyan.Performer -author Arman Karapetyan and Nazeli Grigoryan had their breathtaking performances.

Members of YSSF participated not only in the event ,but also put some little money to the box,they transferred their prayers to our soldiers too. By the support of the chairperson of our sister organization (YSF )Adrine Bandaryan,YSSF and YSF members,both in Armenia and The USA California will continue to support the Armenian Army and our soldiers and implement some programs to help them.

В преддверие юбилея Вазгена Саркисяна культурно-общественная организация "ВиВард" при поддержке "Третей библиотеки имени Окро Окрояна" организовала литературно-музыкальный благотворительный вечер под названием "Белые Сны", целью которого было снабжение продуктами первой необходимости военнослужащих, которые несут службу на первой линии района Матахис НКР. Организация PGED-YSSF-МШГД, имеющая близких друзей в этой организации, а также являющаяся партнером "Библиотеки Окро Окроян", также присутвовала на этом вечере. На вечере приняли участие чтецы.

Нарек Маргарян и Анна Гарегинян. Они представили произведения классиков армянской литературы: Паруйра Севака, Вагана Терьяна, Егише Чаренца, Сильвы Капутикян и ряда современных авторов. Также на вечере выступили ашуг Назели Григорян и автор-исполнитель Арман Карапетян. Представители МШГД-PGED-YSSF своим присутствием внесли свой скромный вклад в достижение целей организаторов мероприятия и сделали не только денежный вклад, но и передали слова благодарности сыновьям отечества. В скором времени при поддержке представителя YSF Адрине Бандарян наши учащиеся начнут свою активную деятельность в поддержку военнослужащих Армянского государства и их семьям.

One of the missions of the YSSF is to provide the youth with platform of self-expression and establishment. As a result, we had a great acquisition. Due to the efforts of YSSF team, we managed to create practical relations with the head staff of the debating club named “When the youth is debating”. A few members of our organization had an opportunity to participate in the courses on the topic “Bases of debate.” YSSF members got acquainted with the basic principles of debate, and with the methods and tactics of building and presenting speech.

In the next couple of days, YSSF will participate in an organized debate in which our members will take part by two teams PGET and YSSF to broaden the possibility and probability of winning. YSSF entire team announces sincere gratitude to the head staff of the debate club for providing us with such an opportunity and congratulates on the start of the first contest which will be held on March 4, 2016.

Rewards and new appointments in YSSF

On February 20, 2016 YSSF non-governmental organization with its sister organization - Youth Society and Foundation (YSF), summed up the results of the “Logo contest” which was announced one month ago. We had more than 3 dozens participants, some of which had multiple entries.At the beginning the prize, which was laptop LENOVO, was designed only for the author of the winning project, but some of the projects, presented during the competition, were equally worthy of being the first. According to the decision of Adrine Bandaryan, the participants whose projects would take prize-winning places would get financial awards.

During complex and intense discussions, finally they chose the projects which took first three places, and their authors were awarded by Gevorg Manukyan who is the founder of YSSF. Third place went to Hovhannes Gevorgyan, second place achieved Siranush Torosyan-one of the best students of our School, and the first place gained Arusik Gevorgyan-ESU student.However, the consideration didnt end there. Taking into consideration due to uncontrolled circumstances, this year some of our friends and their brothers enlisted in the army, YSSF colleges made a decision to award them financially. It was really exciting and touching when one of the members of our organization Khoren Ispiryan from Vanadzor military unit called and thanked our team and Adrine Bandaryan for assisting his family and for always being with him and encouraging him.

At the end of the meeting YSSF assistant Elen Khachatryan informed the members about the new decision, made by the founder of the organization, according to which some of our students will govern corresponding spheres, due to which our school will acquire new qualities and new reliable partner connections. Any event organized by YSSF is full of surprises and nearly never occurs without emotional “incidents”. We truly posses the secrets of unity and together enjoy its results.

On February 6, 2016 Armenian Revolutionary Federation-“ Shant Student Association” held a one-day conference at Occidental College in Los Angeles, CA. The conference “Imagining Alternatives: Progressive Economics & Social Movements” brought together academics, activists, and professionals in a conversation about social movements and changing economies.

The keynote speaker was Professor Richard Wolff. Wolff is a Professor of Economics Emeritus, University of Massachusetts, Amherst and a Visiting Professor at the New School University in New York. Wolff’s mainly concentrated on analyzing the causes and alternative solutions to the global economic crisis. The panel also included Vrej Haroutounian, Ladscape Arhitect. He spoke about the Urban space in Social Movements. He applied his knowledge and expertise and explained various changes from ancient Yerevan to “newer” Yerevan. The collapse of the Soviet Union provoked a profound rethinking of socialisms, old and new. It begs a question- How was it then and how is it going to be? We will just need to wait and see...

Օրեր առաջ Քալիֆոռնիայի Լոս Անջելես քաղաքում Հայ Հեղափոխական Դաշնակցության «Շանթ ուսանողական ասոցիացիան» իրականացրեց խորհրդաժողով` «Պրոգրեսիվ Էկոնոմիկա և Սոցիալական Շարժումներ. A few days ago, "Young Diplomacy Educational School" held a lecture which was geared towards social movement between Armenia and Russia, calling it "International Humanitarian Development."

During the lecture, participants had the opportunity to meet and converse about the Political debates and issues of the international agenda, including Armenia-Russian relations, international acknowledgement and recognition of the Republic of Nogorno Karabagh, regional security and possible threats. Active member, Garnik M. Davtyan participated and gave positive feedback.

YSSF is convinced that this collaboration will establish a solid foundation and will strengthen our programs. We are thankful that there are opportunities such as these that provide the youth with unprecedented progress and development of professionals and leaders of the future.

Несколько дней назад начала свою работу научно-образовательная школа "Молодая Дипломатия", которую выполняла общественная организация "Международное гуманитарное развитие" при содействии действующей в Армении Центра российской культуры и науки. Для участия в обучающей программе были отобраны те представители молодежи, которые в Армянской Республике выделились своей активной общественной деятельностью. От МШГД-YSSF в этой программе принял участие наш руководитель отдела по международным отношениям - Гарник Давтян.

Օրեր առաջ Բարեպաշտ սերունդ հիմնադրամի կողմից կազմակերպված բիզնես կրթական շրջանակներում տեղի ունեցավ սեմինար՝ "Հանրային ելույթ կամ ծափահարվող հռետոր" խորագրով:

Սեմինարը վարում էր Հայաստանի լավագույն բիզնես թրեյներներից մեկը` "Ayvazyan & partners" բիզնես կառավարման ընկերության կառավարող- գործընկեր Վահե Այվազյանը:

ՊԳԵԴ-YSSF-ից սեմինարին մասնակցում էին Մելինե Ղազարյանը, Անի Պապիկյանը, Սիրանուշ Թորոսյանը և Արման Կոստանդյանը:

Հանդիպման շրջանակներում Վահե Այվազյանը ներկայացրեց հանրային ելույթի նախապատրաստման և ընթացքի կարևորագոյյն կետերը, ընդգծեց սթրեսի պատճառները և հաղթահարման ուղիները, իսկ վերջում գրաֆիկայի տեսքով ներկայացրեց վիճակագրություն: Հանդիպման ողջ ընթացքը ուղղորդվեց մասնակիցների ակտիվ ելույթներով և հարցադրումներով, որին բավականին ակտիվ ներգրավված էին մեր Դպրոցի սովորողները:
