“Step by step” Through the experience of successful people

Days ago in the American University of Armenia a group of memberss of YSSF had an exceptional opportunity to meet, talk and ask questions to a group of successful people.They tried to understand those creative approaches and marketing which are used and still are being used by those people in their business, during the daily work, and with the help of which they manage to be different from the others who do similar activities, and also they manage to be successful in really competitive circumstances.The mentioned meeting was organized by a partner organization of YSSF “ United Youth Union”, which is carried out within the program called “ Step by step with the Successful people”.

The speakers were Hrachuhi Barseghyan, the director of “ArPiAr” company, Viktor Mnatsakanyan, the founder of the “Aria” innovation center and the organizer of the “Black Car” project, Hayk Marutyan, the author of various TV programs and Karen Aghababyan, a very successful person in a field of biological sciences. The meeting was so full of useful advice, examples of their own experiences, and sincere descriptions of some incidents happened throughout life, which are really impossible to describe just with an article. However, we want to quote one of the expressions that Viktor Mnatsakanyan said: “If the employer thinks that he pays more than his employees are worth to be paid then or he is just unaware of all the human resource policy, or his employees are really useless. The director of the competent organization must always think that he pays less than his employees are worth to be paid for the work they do.

Օրեր առաջ Պետական Գործիչների Երիտասարդական Դպրոցի մի խումբ երիտասարդներ Հայաստանում Ամերիկյան Համալսարանում բացառիկ հնարավորություն ունեցան հանդիպելու, զրուցելու և հարցեր ուղղելու մի խումբ հաջողակ գործունեություն ծավալողի համարում ունեցող անձանց հետ, փորձեցին հասկանալ այն մարկետինգային և կրեատիվ մոտեցումները, որոնք օրվա բանախոսները կիրառել և կիրառում են իրենց բիզնեսում, աշխատանքային գործունեության ընթացքում, որի շնորհիվ տարբերվում են համանման գործունեությամբ զբաղվող այլ ընկերություններից ու անձանցից, ինչպես նաև հաջողությունների են հասնում բարդ մրցակցության պայմաններում:
